It is a gorgeous fall day here in Denver. It is so nice that we have the doors opened wide. My husband, daughter, and I spent the morning and part of the afternoon raking leaves and putting the summer furniture away. It was very satisfying, but the wind has picked up this afternoon and more and more leaves are falling. Raking leaves reminds me of cleaning house--just when you thought you were finished it is time to start again. Well, speaking of cleaning, I'm off to the basement to work on my sewing room. Time to clean it up and get started making my Christmas presents.
