Here is a terrific Southwest Appetizer and to go along with it, Baked Mexican Chicken. It is about 3 degrees here in Denver and we had an all time low last night, so I am looking for anything hot--temperature and taste. I spice up the chicken with a spicy salsa. Now, anything hot and spicy needs to me tempered with a delicious Margarita--anyone willing to share their favorite recipe?
